Gloria Onitiri to join Aimie Atkinson, Jack Chambers, Erin Caldwell, Jordan Luke Gage & Douglas Hansell
Producers of new musical Saving Mozart have confirmed final casting ahead of the show’s premiere next month.
Saving Mozart is playing at The Other Palace from 28 July to 30 August 2025.
Already announced are stellar musical theatre stars Aimie Atkinson (Pretty Woman, Six The Musical) as Nannerl, Jack Chambers (Stiletto) as Mozart, Erin Caldwell (Six The Musical) as Constanze, Jordan Luke Gage (Titanique) as Salieri and Douglas Hansell (Come From Away) as Leopold.
They will be joined by West End star Gloria Onitiri (Hadestown, The Bodyguard) as Anna Maria.
The Ensemble will feature Sveva Bartolini, Harriette Benazir-White, Corey Mitchell, Anu Ogunmefun, Ebony Roy-Palmer and Alfie Simmons. Ritesh Manugula and Gleanne Purcell Brown are Off Stage Swings and Covers, and the role of Little Mozart will be played by Carla Lopez Corpas and Izzie Monk.
The show is centred on the women in Mozart’s life, including his sister Nannerl and wife Constanze. Step into the mind of a genius — and meet the extraordinary women who shaped, challenged, and ultimately saved him.
Saving Mozart is written and composed by Charli Eglington (Treason, Love Can) and premiered this year to great acclaim in Gmunden, Austria.
The musical is directed by Markus Olzinger, with choreography by Taylor Walker, set design by Justin Williams, costume design by Julia Pschedezki, lighting design by Ben Jacobs, and casting by Ben Armstrong.
