Jamie Lloyd’s major new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice musical EVITA is well underway at the London Palladium.
Alongside the frenzy outside the Palladium, inside the theatre is a talented cast having fun!
The show has released behind the scenes photos of the cast as they come off stage from the first performance, which started last Saturday, 14 June 2025.
The new photos by Justine Matthew feature candid shots of the stellar cast, including Golden Globe winner Rachel Zegler as Eva Perón, Diego Andres Rodriguez (Sunset Boulevard) as Che, James Olivas (American Idiot) as Juan Perón, Aaron Lee Lambert (Hamilton) as Agustín Magaldi and Bella Brown (Hadestown) as The Mistress / Alternate Eva.

Evita officially opens at the London Palladium on 1 July, and is now playing for a strictly limited summer season until 6 September 2025.
Evita’s iconic score, boasting music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice, features musical theatre classics including Don’t Cry For Me Argentina, Oh What A Circus, Another Suitcase in Another Hall, and the Oscar-winning You Must Love Me.
The Ensemble of Evita includes Carl Au, Gabriela Benedetti, Shakara Brown, Damian Buhagiar, Kyeirah D’Marni, Sally Frith, DeAngelo Jones, Lucas Koch, Natasha Leaver, Michael Lin, Dianté Lodge, Louis Mackrodt, Mireia Mambo, Mia Mullarkey, Perry O’Dea, Alysha Sontae, Monica Swayne, Jon Tsouras and Harrison Wilde, with Myla Carmen, Barney Hudson, Nathan Louis-Fernand, Kirsty Anne Shaw, Ricardo Spriggs and Regan Bailey Walker as Swings. Auora Breslin, Lois Haidar, Siena Merilind-Wu and Ffion Rosalie Williams share the role of The Child.
Evita is directed by Olivier Award-winner Jamie Lloyd (Sunset Boulevard).
