The producers of the Olivier Award-winning comedy Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense have announced that the show will close at the Duke of York’s Theatre on 20 September 2014.

P.G. Wodehouse’s Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense, written by the Goodale Brothers, currently stars John Gordon Sinclair and James Lance.

Following its West End run, the play will go on a UK tour from 24 September visiting Guildford, Cambridge, Newcastle, Norwich, Reading, Salford, Cheltenham, Southampton, Glasgow and Bath.

The play won the 2014 Best New Comedy at the Olivier Awards and features charmingly incompetent Bertie Wooster and his unflappable valet Jeeves, and is adapted by Robert and David Goodale from the work of P.G. Wodehouse. The play is directed by Sean Foley.

Perfect Nonsense started its run at the Duke of York’s Theatre on 30 October 2013 and will end on 20 September 2014.
