Full casting has been announced for the forthcoming 2025 and 2026 UK and Ireland tour of Miss Saigon.
Presented by Michael Harrison (Evita, Starlight Express, Hello, Dolly!) in association with Cameron Mackintosh (Les Miserables, Mary Poppins,The Phantom of the Opera), this new production of Boublil and Schönberg’s seminal musical introduces a blend of fresh faces and seasoned performers.
Seann Miley Moore (The X Factor UK, Miss Saigon International tour) will reprise his acclaimed performance as The Engineer in the new UK and Ireland tour of Miss Saigon, which opens at Newcastle’s Theatre Royal on 4 October 2025.
Julianne Pundan, a recent Brit School graduate, makes her professional debut as Kim, with Jack Kane (DragonHeart Vengeance) as Chris.
The cast also features Dom Hartley-Harris, recently seen as George Washington in Hamilton, as John; and Emily Langham, whose credits include Hello, Dolly! at the London Palladium and The Witches at the National Theatre, as Ellen.
Further casting includes Mikko Juan as Thuy, BBC The Voice semi-finalist Ace as Gigi, Bea Ward as Alternate Kim, and Aaron Teoh as Alternate Engineer.
The ensemble features Jamil Abbasi, Aaron Aisoni, Daniel J Brian, Ann-Marie Craine, Ben Fenwick, Aaron Gonzales, Owen Johnston, Evita Khrime, Caleb Lagayan, Rayhan Lee, James Mateo-Salt, Shania Montevalde, Ryan Ocampo, Julius Sahr, Tonny Shim, Anh Koha Trần, Yiling Yang, Aimee Yue and Carmen Zhu.

Cameron Mackintosh said: “We have now completed our search for a really fantastic cast, full of exciting discoveries, that will bring Boublil and Schönberg’s extraordinary, powerful musical back to thrilling life. I can’t wait to see Miss Saigon reborn again.”
Directed by Jean-Pierre van der Spuy with choreography by Chrissie Cartwright (CATS, The Phantom of the Opera) and Carrie-Anne Ingrouille (SIX The Musical), the production features set and costume design by Andrew D. Edwards, lighting by Bruno Poet (Tina – The Tina Turner Musical), and sound design by Adam Fisher (Oliver!). George Reeve (Disney’s Hercules) provides video design, Graham Hurman is musical supervisor, and casting is by Sarah Leung CDG.
Miss Saigon has music by Claude-Michel Schönberg with lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and Alain Boublil, adapted from original French lyrics by Alain Boublil, with additional lyrics by Michael Mahler. Orchestrations are by William David Brohn.
The story follows 17-year-old Kim, who is forced to work in a Saigon bar run by a notorious figure known as the Engineer. There, she meets and falls in love with an American GI named Chris, but they are separated by the fall of Saigon. Over the next three years, Kim embarks on an epic journey of survival to reunite with Chris — unaware he has fathered a son.
Miss Saigon, first staged in London in 1989, remains one of the most successful musicals in theatre history, known for its sweeping score and powerful story set during the final days of the Vietnam War. This new production marks the latest revival of the show, which has been performed in 33 countries and seen by over 38 million people worldwide.
More tour dates added
Newly announced 2026 venues include Milton Keynes Theatre, Liverpool Empire, Cardiff’s Wales Millennium Centre, and Bristol Hippodrome, among others. The tour follows a series of nearly sold-out dates already announced for 2025 and early 2026. See all tour dates & booking info.
