Smash-hit West End thriller 2:22 – A Ghost Story is heading back out on tour in 2025 and 2026.
Written by Danny Robins (The Battersea Poltergeist), and directed by Matthew Dunster (Shirley Valentine, Hangmen), 2:22 A Ghost Story is touring the UK from summer 2025 and into 2026.
The tour starts at Manchester Opera House on 4 August 2025 and then tours to venues including Bristol, Glasgow, Sunderland, Milton Keynes, Malvern, Stoke, Brighton, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Guildford, Southampton, and Peterborough.
In 2026, venues will include Northampton, Norwich, Richmond, Plymouth, Cardiff, Oxford, Woking, York, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Aylesbury, and Bromley, with further dates to be announced.
Casting is also to be announced.
The creative team also includes set design by Anna Fleischle, costume design by Cindy Lin, lighting design by Lucy Carter, sound by Ian Dickinson for Autograph Sound and illusions by Chris Fisher.
The play recently ran again in the West End, playing the Gielgud Theatre starring Donna Air, Joe McFadden, Stacey Dooley and James Buckley.
Winner of three What’s On Stage Awards, including Best New Play, 2:22 A Ghost Story first premiered at the Noel Coward Theatre in 2020, transferring to the Gielgud Theatre, then the Criterion Theatre, Lyric Theatre and Apollo Theatre. There has also been a sold-out UK & Ireland tour, and productions in LA and Australia.
The show is produced by Tristan Baker and Charlie Parsons for Runaway Entertainment, Isobel David and Kater Gordon.
