Final casting has been announced for Marylebone Theatre’s forthcoming European premiere of What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank by Nathan Englander.
Directed by Tony Award winner Patrick Marber (The Producers, Leopoldstadt), already announced is West Wing and Scandal star Joshua Malina as Phil.
He will be joined by Caroline Catz (Doc Martin) as Debbie, Dorothea Myer-Bennett (Leopoldstadt, Nachtland) as Shoshana, Simon Yadoo (The School for Scandal) as Yerucham, and Gabriel Howell (The Unfriend, How to Train Your Dragon) as Trevor.

US film and stage actor Joshua Malina (A Few Good Men, Will Bailey on The West Wing), recently appeared in the Broadway production of Leopoldstadt directed by Patrick Marber, and is making his London theatre debut in the play.
The play centres on two Jewish couples – one secular, the other ultra-Orthodox, and is based on Nathan Englander’s acclaimed short story collection What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank, first published in 2012.

Joining Patrick Marber in the creative team are: set design by Anna Fleischle, lighting design by Sally Ferguson, sound design by David Gregory, movement direction by EJ Boyle, costume supervision by Chantal Short, and casting by Helena Palmer.
What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank is playing the Marylebone Theatre from 4 October to 23 November 2024.
Currently playing at Marylebone Theatre is The Last Word, to 21 September 2024.
