Gripping and intense new family drama 23.5 Hours makes its European premiere at the Park Theatre in London.

Following their acclaimed drama Never Not Once, writer Carey Crim and director Katharine Farmer reunite for this exploration of the impact a sexual misconduct conviction has on the lives of family and friends.

A talented cast is led by Lisa Dwan (Netflix’s Top Boy), alongside David Sturzaker (To Kill a Mockingbird), Allyson Ava-Brown (Hamilton), Jonathan Nyati (The Jungle) and Jem Matthews (The Unfriend).

With its thrilling exploration of the collateral damage of past and present actions, 23.5 Hours delves deep into the complexities of trust, family dynamics, and the pursuit of justice.

23.5 Hours is playing at the Park Theatre from 4 September to 5 October 2024.

Carey Crim’s family drama focuses on what happens when a high school teacher who’s found guilty of sexual misconduct returns home from prison.

Leigh Hodges finds herself thrust into the turbulent aftermath of her husband’s imprisonment. Standing by him amidst doubt and scrutiny, Leigh navigates the ultimate test of love, truth, and loyalty. Each revelation forces her to re-evaluate their life together while she struggles to shield their son Nicholas. As family bonds strain and secrets unravel, 23.5 Hours explores the profound impact of a conviction for sexual misconduct and the corrosive power of doubt.
