Buzzy new West End musical The Curious Case of Benjamin Button has released an additional new music video ahead of the show’s run at the Ambassadors Theatre in London.

The show stars Olivier Award winner John Dagleish (Sunny Afternoon, Sylvia, A Christmas Carol) as Benjamin Button, and Olivier Award nominee Clare Foster (Crazy For You, Best of Enemies) as Elowen Keene, with Katy Ellis, Matthew Burns, Jonathan Charles, Oonagh Cox, Anna Fordham, Philippa Hogg, Damien James, Elliot Mackenzie, Ann Marcuson, Jack Quarton and Benedict Salter.
The musical successfully played the Southwark Playhouse last year, scoring great reviews from the critics and winning Best Musical at the Off West End Awards 2024.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is based on the short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and has a book and lyrics by Jethro Compton, and music and lyrics by Darren Clark. The story was also turned into a hit film by David Fincher starring Brad Pitt as a man who ages in reverse, and with Cate Blanchett as his love interest.

The creative team for the show includes director and designer Jethro Compton, with co-music supervision, orchestration and arrangements by Mark Aspinall and Darren Clark, choreography by Chi-San Howard, costumes and associate stage design by Anna Kelsey, sound by Luke Swaffield, lighting by Zoe Spurr, musical direction by Mark Aspinall and casting by Ginny Schiller.
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is playing at the Ambassadors Theatre from 10 October 2024 to 15 February 2025.
Currently playing at the Ambassadors Theatre is hit fringe musical comedy Kathy and Stella Solve a Murder!.
