Hit rock musical Bat Out of Hell: The Musical is to tour the UK again next year.

Featuring the music of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf, this reimagined live show is inspired by the massive arena tour of Australia and New Zealand, and promises to be a thrilling experience for UK audiences in 2025.

The show will also return to London’s Peacock Theatre in May and June 2024.

The cast of the show will see the return of Glenn Adamson (We Will Rock You) as Strat, Sharon Sexton (Mamma Mia!) as Sloane, and Rob Fowler (Mamma Mia!) as Falco, alongside Katie Tonkinson (Bonnie & Clyde) as Raven.

The new tour of Bat Out of Hell was announced at this weekend’s West End Live 2024, with Glenn Adamson performing from the show.

The powerhouse songs featured in the musical include Meat Loaf’s anthems including I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That), Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad, Dead Ringer For Love and, of course, Bat Out of Hell.

Bat Out of Hell will also feature a eight-piece rock band live on stage, and staged across multi-level platforms.

The tour of Bat Out of Hell will kick off at the Edinburgh Playhouse on Monday 6 January 2025, and then tour theatres across the UK, including playing the Peacock Theatre in May and June 2025.
