Coming-of-age musical Bare is getting a new concert production, coming to the London Palladium in April 2024.
The concert will star West End favourites Jordan Luke Gage (& Juliet, Bonnie and Clyde) and Laurie Kynaston (Netflix’s Fool Me Once, Mates in Chelsea, Spring Awakening), with further casting to be announced.
Bare boasts music is by Damon Intrabartolo, lyrics by Jon Hartmere, and a book by both of them. The concert will be directed by Dean Johnson (Once), with musical direction by Adam Hoskins (Diana The Musical in Concert).
The show is set in a Catholic boarding school, where the students go through an intense period of self-discovery, wrestling with the expectations of their parents and peers.
Produced by Lambert Jackson and Positive Sum, Bare will play the London Palladium on Sunday 7 April 2024.
