Tickets are now on sale for brand new British musical In Clay – coming to North London fringe venue Upstairs at the Gatehouse.
The show had a successful run at the Vault Festival 2023, and is playing a limited season at Upstairs at the Gatehouse from 13 March to 7 April 2024.
The musical has music and lyrics by Jack Miles, and a book & lyrics by Rebecca Simmonds.
Casting for the show is to be announced.
Earlier this year a concert version of the show took place at the The Other Palace starring Danielle Steers, Alex Young, and Roshani Abbey.
In the show, which is set in a Paris kitchen in the 1930s, a ceramist in her 40s awaits the arrival of her close childhood friend, who is now a famous artist. As she prepares for the visit, she reflects on the joys and sorrows of a life devoted to making art.
