Reboot Theatre Company in association with Park Theatre present the London premiere of Edinburgh Fringe Festival hit play Candy, by Tim Fraser.
Candy is a one-man performance, and a new comedy-drama about the complexity of love, sexuality and desire, and crisis of identity in a world consumed by toxic masculinity.

What's the story of Candy?
‘Do you believe in love at first sight?’
Will is a Northern guy who’s been single for far too long. Still living at home and stuck in his dead-end job, his world is turned upside down when he falls hopelessly in love with the seductive singer, Candy. The only problem: she’s his best mate in drag.
As Will struggles to make sense of his newfound feelings, his life crumbles at the fringes. Should he seize life by his bollocks and tell Candy how he feels? Can he ever be with her? And what does loving her really mean?

Theatre credits include CANDY (UK Tour, Underbelly/Edinburgh Fringe, ZOOTV/Edinburgh Fringe, King’s Head Theatre), Reboot: Shorts 1 and 2 (Bunker Theatre), Love and Money, Macbeth: Reboot, and Stace in Space (Vaults Festival). Michael is the co-founder and producer of Reboot Theatre Company, and also works as a respiratory doctor specialising in cystic fibrosis.
