Excitement is mounting ahead of Nicholas Hytner’s brand new – and immersive – revival of Guys & Dolls at the Bridge Theatre.
Starting performances early next month – on 3 March 2023 – the show features a buzzy cast including Andrew Richardson (A Call to Spy, The Last O.G) as Sky Masterson, Daniel Mays as Nathan Detroit, Celinde Schoenmaker (Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera) as Sarah Brown, Cedric Neal (Motown The Musical, Back to the Future) as Nicely-Nicely Johnson, AND our favourite US import Marisha Wallace (Oklahoma!, Waitress, Dreamgirls) as Miss Adelaide.
Marisha has recorded a fabulous video, straight to camera, talking about her role as Miss Adelaide, how immersive the show is going to be, and the casting of the show.
The iconic Broadway musical, which is based on the story and characters of Damon Runyon, boasts music and lyrics by Frank Loesser and a book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows.
Other cast to record video interviews include Celinde Schoenmaker who plays Sarah Brown.
And Daniel Mays as Nathan Detroit.
Cedric Neal as Nicely Nicely Johnson.
And Andrew Richardson as Sky Masterson.
Guys & Dolls starts performances at the Bridge Theatre from 3 March running to 2 September 2023.
