Producers of The Book Of Mormon in London have released new production photos for 2023.
The Book of Mormon currently stars Dom Simpson as ‘Elder Price’, Tom Xander as ‘Elder Cunningham’, Leanne Robinson as ‘Nabulungi’, plus Steven Webb, Richard Lloyd-King, Haydn Oakley and Edward Baruwa.
The musical follows a pair of mismatched Mormon boys sent on a mission to a place that’s about as far from Salt Lake City as you can get – Uganda. As they attempt to bring the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to a community ravaged by War Lords and disease, the pair find their friendship and faith tested by the extreme situations they find themselves in.
The London production of the hit Broadway show has now leap-frogged Jesus Christ Superstar and Me and My Girl to become the 17th longest running musical in West End theatre history.
The Olivier and Tony Award winning Best New Musical is from the creators of South Park, and is now booking to 13 May 2023 at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London.
