Hit show My Son’s A Queer (But What Can You Do?), which is opening at the Garrick Theatre in London in October, has released a song from the show’s forthcoming soundtrack.
Written by and starring Rob Madge, My Son’s a Queer (But What Can You Do?) is a joyous autobiographical story that sees Rob as his 12-year-old self recreate a Disney parade they mounted for their Grandma.
The video is of a single from the album, ‘We Will Be Loved Anyway’, featuring guest singers Jessica Aubrey, Kayla Carter, Pippa Cleary, Oscar Conlon-Morrey, Isaac Hesketh, Jordan Lee Davies, Carl Man, Vinnie Monachello and B Terry. It will get a digital release on 7 October 2022.
Theatre music label Westway is producing its first original cast recording, with the My Son’s A Queer (But What Can You Do?) album set to be released on 21 October 2022.
