Elf The Musical will return to the Dominion Theatre this Christmas in a brand new production by director Philip Wm McKinley.
Casting for the hit musical comedy is to be revealed. Based on the beloved film starring Will Ferrell – the Christmas show returns to London for a strictly limited 8-week season at the Dominion Theatre from 14 November 2022 to 7 January 2023.
ELF is a hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Raised as an elf and never quite fitting in, when Santa tells him the truth, Buddy heads to New York to find his birth father, and discovers the gifts of family and love.
The musical features a book by Tony Award winners Thomas Meehan (Annie, The Producers, Hairspray) and Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone), with songs by Tony Award nominees Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer).
Elf made it West End premiere at the Dominion Theatre in 2015 with Ben Forster and Kimberley Walsh headlining. It previously toured the UK & Ireland in 2014 to widespread acclaim.
Tickets for Elf The Musical will go on sale on Thursday at 10am.
