Amara Okereke recently starred as Eliza Doolittle in the classic musical My Fair Lady at the London Coliseum.

Bartlett Sher’s Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of My Fair Lady ran at the London Coliseum from 7 May 2022, with a cast that features Amara Okereke as Eliza Doolittle, Harry Haddon-Paton as Henry Higgins, Vanessa Redgrave as Mrs Higgins and Sharif Afif as Freddy.

Amara Okereke is a rising star of British Theatre. Her stage credits include the acclaimed 2021 Almeida Theatre production of Spring Awakening, in which Amara played the central role of Wendla; Polly in The Boyfriend at the Menier Chocolate Factory; Laurie in Oklahoma! at Chichester Festival Theatre; and Amara won The Stage Debut Award for her performance as Cosette in Les Miserables.

TV credits include Red Rose for the BBC / Netflix.
