Set in 1950s Trinidad as it hurtles toward political independence, Driftwood is the debut play from Martina Laird (RSC, Globe, Donmar) and is directed by Justin Audibert.
The cast includes Shane David-Joseph (Jerusalem, The Runner), Ziggy Heath (Harlots, Cold Feet), Martins Imhangbe (Bridgerton, Othello), Roger Ringrose (Outlander, King Lear), Ellen Thomas (Eastenders, The American Clock) and Cat White (The Watsons, Dear Audrey).
A collaboration between the Royal Shakespeare Company and Kiln Theatre, the world premiere play transfers to the Kiln after a two-week run at The RSC’s experimental space, The Other Place.
