Ben Forster: Musical’s Greatest Hits is out in November
An array of stars from the worlds of West End theatre and music came out yesterday, 16 September 2025, to celebrate the launch of Ben Forster’s new album.
Held at Upstairs At Langans in London, the launch was for Ben’s new studio album ‘Musical’s Greatest Hits’.
The album will be released by Westway Music on 21 November 2025.
Stars in attendance at the event included long-term friend Kimberley Walsh, who hosted a Q&A with Ben, plus Mel C, Kelli Young, Sydnie Christmas and Jay James.
At the launch, Ben entertained the invited audience by singing a selection of musical classics featured on the album, including ‘The Winner Takes It All’ from Mamma Mia!, ‘Bring Him Home’ from Les Misérables, ‘For Good’ from Wicked, and ‘Music Of The Night’ from The Phantom of the Opera.

The new album is recorded with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, and sees Ben reimagine some of the world’s biggest musical hits.
Shows featured on the album also include The Greatest Showman, Blood Brothers, Jesus Christ Superstar, Dear Evan Hansen, Follies and Beauty and the Beast.

Ben Forster is much-loved TV and stage actor and vocalist, best known for his performances in Jesus Christ Superstar, The Phantom of the Opera, The Rocky Horror Show, Evita, and Elf The Musical.
In 2012, Ben won TV talent show Superstar, where Andrew Lloyd Webber searched for an actor to star in his arena tour production of hit musical Jesus Christ Superstar, alongside Melanie C and Tim Minchin.
Ben is currently starring as the Phantom in the world tour of The Phantom of the Opera.
