The Yard Theatre has announced casting for its new production of Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie.

Directed by The Yard’s Founder and Artistic Director Jay Miller, the production is the last in their current venue, before a purpose-built new theatre is scheduled to open in 2026.

The cast of The Glass Menagerie includes TV and stage star Sharon Small (Nye, Good, Nightsleeper, The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Law & Order UK) as Amanda Wingfield, with Tom Varey (Hamnet, A Taste of Honey, The Village) as Tom Wingfield, Eva Morgan (This City is Ours, The Gathering) as Laura Wingfield, and Jad Sayegh (The Ocean and The Star) as Jim O’Connor.

Joining Jay Miller in the creative team are Cécile Trémolières (Set Designer) Lambdog1066 (Costume Designer), Josh Anio Grigg (Composer & Sound Designer), Sung Im Her (Movement Director), Arthur Carrington (Casting Director), Edward Hilsum (Illusion Designer), and Erin Guan (Set and Costume Assistant).

This production, and the announcement about The Yard Theatre’s new building, was revealed in December.

The Glass Menagerie is playing at The Yard in London from 28 February to 21 April 2025.
