New dates have been announced for the 2024 and 2025 UK & Ireland tour of hit musical Chicago.
The tour kicks off at Milton Keynes Theatre on 12 October, followed by already-announced dates of Milton Keynes, Bradford, Newcastle, Manchester, Dartford, Southampton and Stoke-on-Trent.
The tour will then visit Aberdeen, Cheltenham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Oxford, Southend, Dublin, Belfast, Bournemouth, Nottingham, Birmingham, Truro, Llandudno, Cardiff, Bristol, London Wimbledon, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Hull, Eastbourne, Norwich, Blackpool, Woking, Sunderland, Crawley and Glasgow.
Featuring music by musical theatre giants John Kander and Fred Ebb (Cabaret), and created with legendary choreographer Bob Fosse, Chicago’s sexy score includes show-stoppers “Razzle Dazzle”, “Cell Block Tango”, and “All That Jazz”.
The musical won six Tony Awards on Broadway and two Olivier Awards in the West End, and is the longest running American musical in Broadway and West End history.
Casting for the tour is to be announced. The tour is produced by David Ian for Crossroads Live in association with Barry and Fran Weissler.
