Casting has been revealed for the forthcoming revival of Kevin Elyot’s drama Coming Clean – coming to the Turbine Theatre this month.
The cast features Yannick Budd (Testament) playing Tony, with Alexander Hulme (Generation Z, Pennyworth) playing his partner Greg, and social media star Theo Walker (The Nutcracker) starring as Robert, an out of work actor come cleaner who throws a spanner in the couple’s works.
Additional casting includes Sam Goodchild (Far Away) in multiple roles.
Coming Clean was written 12 years before Kevin Elyot’s acclaimed drama My Night With Reg, with Elyot winning the Samuel Beckett Award for the play.
Billed as funny, fresh and packed with razor sharp wit, Coming Clean questions the nature of fidelity and the limits of love, all from a queer perspective.
This revival of Coming Clean is directed by Andrew Beckett, with set and costume design by David Shields, and lighting design by Matt Hockley.
Coming Clean is playing at the Turbine Theatre from 28 March to 20 April 2024.
