Acclaimed stage and screen star Felicity Kendal (Noises Off, The Good Life) stars in a sparkling new production of classic drama Filuema.

This brand new production of Eduardo De Filippo’s classic Italian comedy is directed by award-winning director Sean Mathias (Frank and Percy, The Chalk Garden).

De Filippo’s comedy, in a witty English version by Keith Waterhouse and Willis Hall, radiates optimism, affection and a fierce determination for family, no matter what it takes – all set during a Neapolitan spring.

A talented cast joining Felicity Kendal includes Matthew Kelly (Funny Peculiar, Cold Blood) as Don Domenico and Julie Legrand (Footballers’ Wives, Wicked) as Rosalia.

No sooner than Filumena and Domenico are wed, she makes a miraculous recovery, much to the surprise of her new, unwilling husband and his younger lover! Filumena holds on to a secret from her past life in the brothels of Naples, revealing one of her three grown-up sons is Domenico’s. But which one? Will he accept all three?!
