West End favourite Oliver Tompsett is the latest name to join the London premiere of new musical Wild About You, A New Musical .
Running at the Theatre Royal Drury, the new musical is presented in two concert performances on Monday 25 March and Tuesday 26 March 2024.
Tompsett, whose many credits include & Juliet, We Will Rock You, Rock of Ages, Pretty Woman, Kinky Boots, Guys and Dolls and Wicked most recently starred in another new musical, In Dreams which is also tipped for a West End run.
Wild About You, which was previously titled With(out) Her, features music and lyrics by Chilina Kennedy, a book by Eric Holmes. This concert production will be directed & choregographed by Nick Winston (Burlesque) with casting by Harry Blumenau.
The storyline, set to a pop-folk score, revolves around Olivia, waking up in a hospital with a hazy memory, attempting to piece together her life. The narrative explores themes of love, loss, and rediscovery.
Wild About You is the latest musical to be presented in concert style in London’s West End.
