A brand new official trailer has dropped – the first trailer! – for smash-hit West End musical Sunset Boulevard starring Nicole Sherzinger.

Jamie Lloyd’s new production of Sunset Boulevard is now playing at the Savoy Theatre in London, until 6 January 2024.

The show scored some fabulous reviews when it opened last month, and has generated a huge amount of buzz in the West End. The show is also widely tipped to go to Broadway.

Nicole Scherzinger plays the lead role of Norma Desmond. Scherzinger is a multi award-winning performer, singer, actress, dancer and TV personality. Formerly a member of best-selling music group the Pussy Cat Dolls, Scherzinger voiced the character of Sina in Disney’s animated blockbuster Moana, starred in ABC’s remake of Dirty Dancing, and most recently was a panellist on The Masked Singer on FOX in the US. Her other stage productions include Cats at the London Palladium.

The cast also includes Tom Francis as Joe Gillis, Grace Hodgett Young as Betty Schaefer, David Thaxton as Max Von Mayerlin, Rachel Tucker as Norma Desmond on Monday nights, plus Carl Au, Georgia Bradshaw, Hannah Yun Chamberlain, Jordan Cork, Catherine Cornwall, Tyler Davis, Lara Denning, Kamilla Fernandes, Ahmed Hamad, Laura Harrison, Charlotte Jaconelli, Olivia-Faith Kamau, Luke Latchman, Michael Lin, Emma Lloyd, Mireia Mambo, Shayna McPherson, Gregor Milne, Kody Mortimer, Jon Reynolds, Kirsty Anne Shaw, Jon Tsouras, Charlie Waddell, Harrison Wilde, and Lillie-Pearl Wildman..

Based on the Billy Wilder film, Sunset Boulevard has music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, with a book and lyrics by Don Black and Christopher Hampton.

The show is now playing at the Savoy Theatre in the West End, and must end on 6 January 2024.
