Rachel Tucker is starring as Louise in Thelma & Louise: The Musical at the Young Vic in London (from 3 September 2026) and will star in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes at the London Palladium in March 2027.

Rachel Tucker is an Olivier Award-nominated actor best known for her performances as Elphaba in Wicked and Beverley Bass/Annette in Come From Away in both the West End and on Broadway.

Her recent theatre credits include Myrtle Wilson in The Great Gatsby: A New Musical at the London Coliseum, Hadestown at the Lyric Theatre, and guest appearances as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard at the Savoy Theatre, where she covered Nicole Scherzinger.

Rachel originated the role of Beverley Bass in Come From Away in London before transferring to Broadway, earning an Olivier Award nomination for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical.

Rachel Tucker’s stage credits include Sunset Boulevard (West End), Come From Away (Broadway & West End), Songs for a New World (London Palladium), The Last Ship (Broadway and Chicago), Communicating Doors (Menier Chocolate Factory), Farragut North (Southwark Playhouse) and We Will Rock You (Dominion Theatre).

Concerts and live performances

Rachel has also performed her own concert shows, including Rachel Tucker in Concert at Cadogan Hall and GRAVITY at Theatre Royal Drury Lane and on tour.

Workshop credits

Her workshop credits include Lempicka (Williamstown Theatre Festival), Lazarus (New York) and Love Never Dies (Sydmonton Festival).

TV and screen credits

On screen, Rachel has appeared in Hope Street, Informer (BBC One) and I’d Do Anything (BBC), where she reached the semi-finals.
