Today, Trafalgar Entertainment announced that Death Drop is going to give Cole Porter’s Anything Goes a fabulous drag makeover this Christmas. Whilst this is soooo an April Fool’s Day joke, we actually think it would be fabulous, so LET’S MAKE THIS HAPPEN ANYWAY!!!!

In this April Fools parallel universe, for one week only at the Trafalgar Theatre in the lead up to Christmas, Death Drop will unleash a panto style show that takes Cole Porter’s classic musical Anything Goes and gives it a right old dragtastic shake-up.

This production is not to be confused with the actual revival of Anything Goes that comes back to the Barbican Theatre this summer for a second London outing, this time starring Kerry Ellis as Reno Sweeney, with Denis Lawson as Moonface Martin, Simon Callow as Elisha Whitney, Bonnie Langford as Evangeline Harcourt, and 2022 Olivier Award nominee Carly Mercedes Dyer as Erma.

To keep you going until Christmas, the original production of Death Drop is currently playing at the Criterion Theatre, booking to 24 April 2022.

Jersey Boys is currently running at the Trafalgar Theatre, booking until 2 October 2022.

Casting and dates for Death Drop’s Anything Goes to come soon (i.e. never!)
