Jennifer Saunders makes her West End pantomime debut at the London Palladium this Christmas, playing Captain Hook in Peter Pan.
Saunders most recently starred as Mother Superior in the London revival of Sister Act The Musical at the Eventim Apollo.

Jennifer Saunders is one half of the fabulous comedy duo “French and Saunders”.
Jennifer also created Absolutely Fabulous, the BBC comedy series which has won 2 International Emmy Awards, 5 BAFTA Awards and BAFTA Fellowship, 1 Writers Guild Award, 2 Royal Television Society Awards and 4 British Comedy Awards.
Jennifer’s stage work includes the recent production of Noel Coward’s sparkling comedy Blithe Spirit at the Harold Pinter Theatre & Duke of York’s Theatre; Lady Windermere’s Fan at the Vaudeville Theatre; Nationwide and West End tours of French & Saunders; and Me and Mamie O’Rourke at the Strand Theatre. She also wrote the Spice Girls musical Viva Forever! at the Piccadilly Theatre.
Alongside Ab Fab, TV includes The Stranger, Grandpa’s Great Escape, Blandlings, Josh, The Boy in the Dress, This is Jinsy, Comic Strip, Dead Boss, Vivienne Vyle, Jam and Jerusalem, Friends, Let Them Eat Cake, Girls on Top, Happy Families, Sapsorrow, Little Pig Robinson, and The Young Ones.
Jennifer’s film work includes the forthcoming new adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Death on the Nile, plus Stick Man, The Minions, Coraline, Fanny and Elvis, In the Bleak Mid Winter, Supergrass, L’Entente Cordiale, Muppet Treasure Island, Shrek II and Spice World.
