Ben Platt’s live solo concert will be added to Netflix this coming May
Recorded last September at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, the concert saw Platt perform some of his own music alongside hit tunes from his major shows.
Platt, who won a Tony Award for originating the title role in Dear Evan Hansen, released his debut album Sing To Me Instead in March 2019.
The actor is currently starring in Ryan Murphy created Netflix series The Politician – which features Gwyneth Paltrow as his mother – and is known for his performance in the Broadway production of The Book of Mormon and teen films Pitch Perfect.
Platt announced the news via his twitter account.
In September I had one of the most wonderful nights of my life.

A prolific user of social media, Platt recently stepped back into the role of Evan Hansen and performed a song from the show with the Dear Evan Hansen cast.
