Tom Yorke will make his stage debut in Gerald Moon’s razor-sharp, comedy thriller Corpse! at Park Theatre this coming March.
Directed by Clive Brill, Corpse! hurtles forwards and backwards through a macabre tale of misdirection, mistaken identity and murder.
York, who is best known for playing Sam Carne in the BBC hit drama Poldark, will play brothers Evelyn and Rupert in the lighting fast switchback rollercoaster ride of bluff, double-bluff and counter-double-bluff, in which one brother tries to off his wealthier sibling and assume his identity.
The cast also features Paul Kemp (Imperium ; Wendy and Peter Pan – RSC) as Major Powell, Felicity Duncan (My Fair Lady – Mill at Sonning) as Mrs McGee and John Hastings (Small Island – National Theatre) as Hawkins.
Corpse! will run from 4 March 2020 until 28 March 2020, with an official press night on 5 March 2020.
