A new cast has been announced for the Olivier Award-nominated play The Comedy About A Bank Robbery which is now booking until 3 November 2019 in London’s West End.
New cast members joining from 18 December 2018 include Julia Frith (Caprice Freeboys), Liam Jeavons (Mitch Ruscitti), Jack Whittle (Sam Monaghan) and Jean-Luke Worrell (Warren Slax) and on 15 January 2019, Gareth Tempest (Mitch Ruscitti) and Emily Stott (Caprice Freeboys) will join the cast.
Samson Ajewole (Cooper), Jenna Augen (Ruth Monaghan), Jack Baldwin (Officer Randal Shuck), Leonard Cook (Robin Freeboys) and Chris Leask (Everyone Else) will continue in their current roles.
The 1950s set comedy about a jewel heist gone wrong is brought to the stage by Mischief Theatre, the Olivier Award winning team behind West End favourite The Play That Goes Wrongs and the forthcoming project Magic Goes Wrong.
The Comedy About A Bank Robbery opened to favourable reviews at the Criterion Theatre in 2016 and is now firmly established alongside The Play That Goes Wrongs as comedies that are accessible to a wide range of theatre-goers.
