A world premiere and new historical play by A. Bodin Saphir, Rosenbaum’s Rescue, launches the Park200 season, about how Denmark’s Jewish population avoided the worst of WWII.

Celebrating the 80th birthday of playwright, Martin Sherman, Gently Down the Stream sees its UK premiere directed by Sean Mathias.

In The Life I Lead, Miles Jupp delves into the life of the Walt Disney actor David Tomlinson. A theatre class and an aging thespian in a maximum security prison is the theme for Intra Muros, and the timely The Last Tempatation of Boris Johnson offers an insight into a uniquely divisive politician.

Napoli, Brooklyn set in NYC in the 60s concludes the Park200 season, with a family drama about three Italian American sisters torn between their neighbourhood changing and their heritage.

Opening the new Park90 season, Peter Duncan the daredevil of Blue Peter, stars in The Dame playing the part of a Pantomime dame returning to his Northern roots. Next up is My Dad’s Gap Year, Tom Wright’s comedy based on true events about a repressed gay teenage son and his mid-life freefall father on a journey to Thailand.

Depression is the theme for We’re Staying Right Here in a black comedy about a comedian. The Western world’s relationship with the Islamic Middle East falls under the microscope in Cry Havoc as two men ask if love could be the answer.

Next in line is Hell Yes I’m Tough Enough, a historical modern satire about politics in Britain during a journey on a fictionalised pre-Brexit election circuit. Beneath the Blue Rinse finds a con artist captured by Flora a woman in her mid seventies.
