Maria Aberg’s production of the famed horror rock comedy musical has opened to rapturous reviews with a cast that includes Jemima Rooper (Death in Paradise, As If), Marc Antolin (London Road), Busted star Matt Willis, Forbes Masson and US drag queen Vicky Vox as the bloody thirsty plant Audrey II.
Howard Ashman and Alan Menken’s musical comedy is about a hapless flower shop assistant, Seymour, who discovers a mysterious new plant with killer potential. With his new found fortune and fame he just might be able to win the heart of kind, sweet, delicate Audrey.
