Jim Steinman’s rock musical Bat Out of Hell is to extend into 2019 at London’s Dominion Theatre.

The new booking period goes on sale at noon on 26 July and the new dates will run from 26 October 2018 until 5 January 2019.

The show opened at the Dominion Theatre on 2 April 2018 having previously played a limited sell-out season at the London Coliseum, Manchester Opera House and in Toronto.

The cast is led by Andrew Polec as Strat and Christina Bennington as Raven, with Rob Fowler as Falco and Sharon Sexton as Sloane.

Set to some of Jim Steinman’s most iconic songs the story follows to star-crossed lovers in a post-apocalyptic world.

Songs include You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth, Bat Out Of Hell, I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That) and Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad, as well as two previously unreleased songs, What Part of My Body Hurts the Most and Not Allowed to Love.
