First Look: The Braille Legacy

First look at new musical The Braille Legacy.

Production images have been released of The Braille Legacy, which receives its world première at the Charing Cross Theatre later this month.

The major new musical is based on the inspirational and epic true story of Louis Braille, a young blind boy whose determination and courage to invent the tactile system of communication ended up improving the lives of millions of blind people around the world.

Directed by Thom Southerland (Ragtime, Titanic, Grey Gardens, Death Takes A Holiday), the production stars Jack Wolfe as Louis Braille, alongside Jérôme Pradon (Martin Guerre, Miss Saigon), Kate Milner-Evans (Show Boat, Les Mis),Will Haswell (Jersey Boys), Sarah-Marie Maxwell (She Loves Me) and Matthew McDonald (Death Takes a Holiday).

The Braille Legacy runs until 24 June 2017 at Charing Cross Theatre.
