David Tennant looks the part in Don Juan in Soho

First look at production images of David Tennant and cast of Don Juan in Soho.

David Tennant plays the debauched protagonist Don Juan alongside Adrian Scarborough (The Fool, Gavin & Stacey) and Gawn Grainger (The Entertainer).

Loosely based on Molière’s tragicomedy Don Juan, Patrick Marber’s modern adaptation transports the action to contemporary London and follows the final adventures of Don Juan – a cruel seducer who lives only for pleasure.

Patrick Marber’s revival sees Tennant return to the West End following his acclaimed performance playing Benedict in Much Ado About Nothing opposite Catherine Tate. Tennant was last on stage in 2016, when he reprised his much lauded Richard II for the Royal Shakespeare Company at the Barbican

The cast also features Theo Barklem-Biggs, Mark Ebulué, Mark Extance, David Jonsson, Dominique Moore, Alice Orr-Ewing, Himesh Patel, Danielle Vitalis and Eleanor Wyld.
