UK Tour confirmed for Flashdance – The Musical

Flashdance – The Musical will tour the UK in 2017

The musical adaptation of hit 80’s film Flashdance will tour the UK from July 2017, beginning at Glasgow King’s Theatre on 7 August 2017 before finishing 21 July 2018.

The UK tour includes Sunderland, Oxford, Stoke, Wimbledon, Liverpool, Tunbridge Wells, York, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Leicester, Woking and Milton Keynes.

Flashdance tells the story of 18 year old Alex, a welder by day and ‘flashdancer’ by night, who dreams becoming a professional dancer.

It features an iconic score including Flashdance – What a Feeling, Maniac, Manhunt, Gloria and I Love Rock and Roll.

Casting is yet to be announced.
