Further casting has been announced for the forthcoming gala concert of Godspell.
Joining the previously announced Kerry Ellis, Ramin Karimloo and Preeya Kalidas will be George Maguire and Dominic Andersen.
Maguire is best known for Kinks musical Sunny Afternoon for which he won Best Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical at the 2015 Olivier Awards; most recently he was in The Busker’s Opera with Lauren Samuels at the Park Theatre.
Dominic Andersen appeared in Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Show in 2015 and the bittersweet coming of age short-film Introducing Lucy.
They will be joined by an ensemble of young performers to launch The British Theatre Academy, whose production of The Secret Garden is currently playing at the Ambassadors Theatre.
Directed by Dean Johnson, the concerts will take place on 30 and 31 August 2016 at St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden.
