Harry Potter’s Matthew Lewis to star in Unfaithful

Matthew Lewis and Niamh Cusack will star in the London premiere of Owen McCafferty’s play Unfaithful.

Described as a “blackly comic” new play, McCafferty’s Unfaithful questions what it means to be lovers, partners and people. The play previously ran as part of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014.

Also starring alongside Lewis, best known for playing Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter series, are Sean Campion (The Borgias, Stones in his Pockets) and Ruta Gedmintas (The Strain, The Tudors).

Cusack was most recently in The Winter’s Tale (Globe) and Ticking (Trafalgar Studios). Other credits including The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, The Enchantment and His Dark Materials for the National Theatre.

Directed by Adam Penford, it is produced by Emily Dobbs Productions, which previously staged Bug and The Dazzle.

Unfaithful will run from 25 August 2016 until 8 October 2016 at Found111.
