Stars come out for Gypsy first night at the Savoy Theatre

Angela Lansbury lead a cast of who’s-who in support of Imelda Staunton and the cast of Gypsy at the opening night.

Gypsy opened last night at the Savoy Theatre supported by an all star audience including Dame Angela Lansbury, Elaine Paige, Jim Broadbent,Lenny Henry, Patricia Hodge, Nick Hynter, Jonathan Bailey, Don Black, John Bowe, Jim Carter, Adam Garcia, Alex Gaumond, Susan Hampshire, Nigel Havers, Raza Jaffrey, Lesley Joseph, Preeya Kalidas, James McArdle, Jane McDonald, Georgia Moffett, Lesley Nicol, Paul O’Grady, Arlene Phillips, Craig Revel Horwood, Linda Robson, Wayne Sleep and Kevin Whately.

Reviews are coming in and it seems that Imelda and the cast have pulled off another cracking performance!
