Following a successful run at Birmingham Rep, the intrepid detective is set to take London by storm this festive season. Sherlock Holmes and the Twelve Days of Christmas will play at Alexandra Palace from 24 November 2026 until 17 January 2027.
This Christmas caper sees Sherlock Holmes uncover a chilling link between a string of murders in the capital and to festive tune The Twelve Days of Christmas. Can the detective manage to save French Hens, recover Gold Rings and rescue Mother Goose before the killer strikes again?
Producer Eleanor Lloyd – also behind Mark Gatiss’ hit adaptation of A Christmas Carol – had this to say about the news: “We are so excited to be bringing this Christmas cracker of a Sherlock Holmes mystery to London, and especially to the breathtaking Alexandra Palace Theatre. Prepare to be transported to Victorian England, but with a touch more tinsel.”
