Follies in Concert at the Royal Albert Hall

Full casting has been announced for the concert production of Stephen Sondheim’s Follies at the Royal Albert Hall.

In celebration of Stepehen Sondheim’s 85th birthday this year a full star cast has been lined up for Follies in Concert. The production will have two performances on 28 April at the Royal Albert Hall. The amazingly-talented cast includes:

Alexander Hanson (Stephen Ward the Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar)

Stefanie Powers (Hart to Hart, The Girl From U.N.C.L.E.)
Ruthie Henshall (Chicago – original Roxy, Les Misérables)
Laura Pitt-Pulford (The Sound of Music, The Light Princess)
Anita Dobson (Eastenders, Chicago)
Anita Harris (Carry On films, CATS)
Roy Hudd (Oliver! – Fagin, Coronation Street, Good Old Days)
Russell Watson (the UK’s best-selling classical artist; winner of four Classical BRIT awards),

Follies in Concert will be directed by Craig Revel Horwood (Strictly Come Dancing), choreographed by Andrew Wright, conducted by Gareth Valentine and supported by the City of London Philharmonic Orchestra.

It will surely be a night to remember!
