The first production photos have been released by the National Theatre for Les Liaisons Dangereuses starring Lesley Manville, Aidan Turner and Monica Barbaro.
Les Liaisons Dangereuses is now playing at the National Theatre’s Lyttelton Theatre until 6 June 2026.
Directed by Marianne Elliott (War Horse, Company), this major new revival of Christopher Hampton’s adaptation of Les Liaisons Dangereuses is one of the highlights of London’s new Spring 2026 season.

What is Les Liaisons Dangereuses about? Set among the salons of the 18th-century elite, the story follows Merteuil and Valmont as they turn seduction into a blood sport — with catastrophic consequences when their alliance collapses into rivalry.
