Mischief, the multi-award-winning comedy troupe behind The Play That Goes Wrong and The Comedy About Spies, have released new production photos for their latest festive fiasco — Christmas Carol Goes Wrong.
Performances begin at the Apollo Theatre in London’s West End on 6 December 2025, running for a strictly limited seven-week season until 25 January 2026.
Written by Mischief’s original members Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and Henry Shields, the new production is directed by Matt DiCarlo, who returns after his acclaimed West End debut with The Comedy About Spies.

The previously announced cast features a mix of Mischief regulars and new faces, including Matt Cavendish as Max, Daniel Fraser as Chris, Sasha Frost as Sandra, Chris Leask as Trevor, Henry Lewis as Robert, Jonathan Sayer as Dennis, Greg Tannahill as Jonathan, and Nancy Zamit and Dumile Sibanda sharing the role of Annie.
Understudies include Alex Bird, Will Bishop, Siobhan Cha Cha, Colm Gleeson, and Ashley Tucker.

A New Disaster for Cornley
Following the chaotic success of their previous misadventures, the Cornley Amateur Dramatic Society is back – and this time they’re tackling Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Expect the usual dose of backstage mayhem, missed cues, and onstage calamity as the group attempts to stage the beloved Christmas classic.
The production is also touring the UK ahead of the West End, now playing at The Lowry in Salford to 8 November 2025, before heading to Cheltenham, Cardiff, and Bath. Following London the show visits Nottingham, Aylesbury, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Canterbury.
