Boyzone star Keith Duffy makes his West End stage debut in this acclaimed revival of Billy Roche’s A Handful of Stars at the Trafalgar Studios.
Following an acclaimed run at Theatre503, this revival of Billy Roche’s powerful drama A Handful of Stars transfers to the Trafalgar Studios (25 June – 25 July 2014).
Part of Roche’s Wexford Trilogy of plays, A Handful of Stars is directed by Paul Robinson and stars former Boyzone band member and Coronation Street’s Keith Duffy.
In the Irish town of Wexford where ‘shot-gun’ weddings are outnumbered only by random acts of violence the pool hall is Jimmy’s sanctuary. But will such a place embrace his bright ambition or bring it down, burning to the ground?
Cast includes Keith Duffy (Boyzone, Coronation Street), Ciarán Owens (Oh What a Lovely War) and Michael O’Hagan (End of Days), plus Brian Fenton, Colm Gormley, Maureen O’Connell and Michael O’Connor.
