A brand-new celebrity Q&A series, West End Unscripted!, will launch at Theatre Royal Drury Lane on Sunday, 23 March 2025, bringing theatre lovers closer to their favourite stars while donating over £10,000 to charity every evening. Produced and directed by Tegan Summer, the series will feature exclusive conversations with some of the most celebrated actors, directors, and creatives in the industry.
Hosted by double Olivier Award-winning director and writer Sean Foley (Dr. Strangelove), the opening event will see Ted Lasso stars Nick Mohammed and Phil Dunster, alongside Sarah Hadland (Miranda, BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2024) and Andy Nyman (The Producers, Fiddler on the Roof), sharing personal insights and behind-the-scenes stories.
Each event will honour a featured artist, with the 23 March evening dedicated to Nick Mohammed. The event’s unique format includes a special guest moderator, Phil Dunster, who will guide the discussion, while Hadland and Nyman contribute their own perspectives. Audiences can also expect surprises, including possible musical performances.
Producer and director Tegan Summer shared his excitement: “Bringing together such an extraordinary group of artists for West End Unscripted! is truly an honour. This series is about more than just storytelling—it is about connection, inspiration, and giving back to the community. I am incredibly proud to create a platform where these talented individuals can share their journeys while supporting causes that matter deeply to them. It is going to be an enriching, entertaining, and unforgettable experience; I cannot wait to share it with audiences.”
The initiative is a collaboration between Tegan Summer Theatricals, Shea Theatricals, Anita Waxman Productions, and Andi Osho, with creative consulting by Jill Green Casting and general management by Anthology Theatre Productions.
Further guests and dates will be announced in due course.
