Forbidden Broadway to return to London

The hit musical revue Forbidden Broadway is to return to London this summer.

Coming to the Menier Chocolate Factory from 19 June to 16 August 2014, the show is newly updated to reflect a new wave of West End and Broadway shows.

The show will be directed by the Broadway director of Forbidden Broadway, Philip George, and the show’s original creator, Gerard Alessandrini.

The spoof revue, which sends up some of the best-loved shows in the West End and Broadway, has been running for over 30 years on Broadway having opened in 1982.

Shows to be sent up include The Book of Mormon, Once, Matilda, Wicked, Miss Saigon and more.

The cast includes West End favourites Anna-Jane Casey, Sophie-Louise Dann, Damian Humbley and Ben Lewis.
