Beverley Knight stars in hit Broadway show Memphis at the Shaftesbury Theatre
Beverley Knight stars as Felicia in big Broadway show MEMPHIS which plays from 9 October 2014 until 17 October 2015 at the Shaftesbury Theatre. She will then go on to play the role of Grizabella in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS which plays a limited run from 23 October 2015 until 2 January 2016 at the London Palladium.
Beverley previously starred in the The Bodyguard at the Adelphi Theatre, where she scored a triumph playing the lead role and wowing audiences with her fabulous voice.
Beverley is know as the Queen of British Soul and is one of Britain’s best-loved recording artists having a number of Top 10 albums, including the platinum-selling Voice: The Best of Beverley Knight, and having sold over a million albums in the UK alone.
Her live performances include singing at the finale of the London 2012 Paralympics Opening Ceremony, supporting Prince at his O2 shows in 2007 and Take That on their reunion arena tour. She has also toured extensively across the UK and sold out London’s Royal Albert Hall on three occasions.
