Global dance sensation Riverdance has revealed plans for a new world tour to celebrate their 30th anniversary, including a 30-venue tour of the UK.
Titled Riverdance 30 – The New Generation, Riverdance’s fusion of Irish and international dance and music has proved a worldwide phenomenon, winning countless awards for its music, and the infectious energy of its choreography and performances.
The new world tour will celebrate their 30th year milestone since they premiered at the Eurovision song contest in Dublin in 1994.
The show promises to be spectacular production that will reimagine the much-loved original show with innovative new choreography and costumes, plus state of the art lighting, projection and motion graphics.
Riverdance 30 will start its UK tour at Swansea Arena in August 2025, before heading to venues including Sheffield, Blackpool, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow, ending at the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith in London in December 2025. See more about dates and venues here.
Also, for the first time Riverdance is welcoming a new generation of performers, all of whom were not born when show began 30 years ago.

The new show is directed by John McColgan, with music composed by Bill Whelan, and the show is produced by Moya Doherty.
Tickets for the UK tour will go on sale at 10am on 22 March 2024.
