Producers of the first ever UK & Ireland tour of hit West End and Broadway musical Come From Away have announced casting for the show.
The show will star Sara Poyzer (Mamma Mia!, Billy Elliot the Musical) as Beverley, alongside Natasha J Barnes (Hex) as Janice & others; Daniel Crowder (Mamma Mia, The Mousetrap) as Nick, Doug & others; Mark Dugdale (Come From Away, The Book Thief) as Kevin T, Garth & others; Rosie Glossop (Kinky Boots) as Bonnie & others; Amanda Henderson (Casualty, Oliver!) as Beulah & others; Kirsty Hoiles (Mamma Mia!) as Diane & others; Oliver Jacobson (The Book of Mormon) as Oz & others; Dale Mathurin (Frankenstein) as Bob & others; Nicholas Pound (Cats, Elf) as Claude & others; Bree Smith (Titanic The Musical) as Hannah & others; Jamal Zulfiqar (Migrations) as Kevin J, Ali & others.
The show also stars Angeline Bell (Matilda), Daniel Cane (Spamalot), Ashleigh Harvey (Heathers), Alyn Hawke (Disney’s Beauty & the Beast), Kathryn Pemberton (The Sopranos), and Kevin Yates (Ain’t Too Proud).
The tour folows a triumphant West End run at the Phoenix Theatre, where it played for over 1,000 performances, and won four Olivier Awards including Best New Musical.
Come From Away starts its tour at Leicester’s Curve Theatre in March 2024, and visits towns and cities including Liverpool, Cardiff, Plymouth, Southampton, Oxford, Leeds, Birmingham, Hull, Dublin, Belfast, Ipswich, Sheffield, Llandudno, Newcastle, Bristol, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Nottingham, Wimbledon, Norwich, Wolverhampton, Canterbury, Chichester, Milton Keynes, and Salford.
